Marc Fenty is the SVP, Director of OOH at Horizon Media anda co-chair and founding member of OOH UNITED, an industry-wide initiativededicated to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B)in the OOH industry.

A highly respected industry veteran with over 20 years ofexperience in client and team leadership, Fenty has developed and executedcomprehensive OOH marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500clients in the U.S. and globally. As the OOH lead for Local Planet, Horizon’sglobal independent media agency network, he supports agencies across Asia,Europe, and Latin America with their U.S. market efforts.

As a changemaker within OOH UNITED, Fenty is committed tofostering a culture that celebrates the power of diverse perspectives. His workand industry insights have been featured by OAAA, Geopath, and the World Out ofHome Organization (WOO). He has also been recognized as a “Rockstar” by TheAdvertising Club of New York’s Icons, Rockstars & Innovators seriesduring Black History Month and was inducted into the 2023 OAAA Hall of Fame.
