Before joining Carat, Carrie spentover 12 years at IPG’s Mediahub, where she led the transformation of thePartnership Investment team. Under her leadership, the team grew from 25 toover 200 members, becoming an industry-disruptive force. She spearheadedfirst-to-market initiatives, broke barriers, and delivered groundbreakingcampaigns for iconic culture-driven clients such as Chipotle, Netflix, NewBalance, and Ulta Beauty.

Carrie began her career at Zenith (Publicis)more than 25 years ago, later relocating to Boston to work at Arnold (Havas) onthe iconic Volkswagen team. She has since made Boston her home and now lives onthe South Shore with her husband, three children, and two Labrador Retrievers.
